In the complex tapestry of our lives and relationships, there lies a web woven with the threads of our past experiences. The question of whether we are influenced by our wounds or the past shapes not only our individual journeys but also permeates into the realms of business and team dynamics. How do we recognize these influences, and what steps can we take to navigate them effectively? Enter Systemic Constellations and the profound insights they offer in the realm of emerging leadership – a transformative journey that delves into our personal relationships with leadership, money and power in leadership, and the role of leaders as sacred space-holders.

The Dance of Power and Money: Navigating Complex Dynamics of Power and Money in the Personal, Ancestral, Societal and Cultural.

Power and money are often fraught with complex dynamics that mirror our inner landscapes. How we relate to power – whether by seeking it, shying away from it, or misuse it – can often be traced back to early imprints and experiences that have shaped our relationship with authority and control. Similarly, our attitudes towards money can carry echoes of ancestral patterns or personal beliefs that influence how we approach abundance and financial decisions.

Exploring these intersections through the lens of Systemic Constellations can reveal hidden patterns and belief systems that underpin our relationship with power, money, and even leadership. By shining a light on these dynamics, we can begin to untangle the knots that may be holding us back from stepping into our full potential as leaders and agents of change.

What's involved?

In this 3 day course we will explore the impact of Power and Money on the role of Leadership, personally, societally and ancestrally.

We will dive into the shadow of the wounded Masculine and Feminine Leadership energy with power and money through our ancestors, through our society and culture. Gently peeking at where we may be unconsciously entangled in our hidden loyalty or atonement for things that are not our business to fix or repair. We will use systemic exercises to leave those patterns with whom and where they belong, so that we may step more fully into our own unique leadership roles.

We will work with systemic tools and exercises to help support a more expansive and supportive personal operating system when faced with the energy of Power and Money in a system we may be called to work with.

We will also start looking at what the world is calling forth from us as new forms of leadership begin to emerge and we are invited to go deeper into our self and our soul to serve ourselves, our teams, families and organisations more authentically.

Prequisites: All Modules can be taken as stand alone or as a series, however  Module 1  is a Prerequisite for this module if you have no systemic constellation background.

Times and dates: JANUARY 24-26th

9.40am Friday, Sat, Sun for a 10am start

5.30 - 6pm Finish Friday/Saturday

4pm finish on Sunday

Vegan/Gluten free soup or main course of some kind and a salad. Dessert will not necessarily be vegan, but will be vegatarian and made from mainly local/organic ingrdients where possible. 

Things to note:

We will only be able to accommodate basic dietary requirements such as veggie or non veggie. Any funny or fancy, weird and wonderful diet options you may have to bring yourself.

Price for all workshops Includes:

The 3 day constellation container, workbooks, and a 'date to be arranged' Brave talk online video question and answer session approx 2-3 weeks after the workshop.

Non Residential workshop inclusions:

Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Teas, Coffees and snack breaks etc. 

There will be some space in the house or the Studio for  module 2 & 3  available at a supplement of £50 per person sharing or studio and £65 for a single occupancy. No breakfast or dinner is provided. You are welcome to camp if you want to winter camp. 

If staying in the farmhouse you will need to bring all your own bedding and towels etc.

There is an outside and inside toilet and there will be an outside and inside shower.

We love our environment here and those using outdoor showers will need to use natural shampoos and washing gels, which will be provided in the shower.

Wherever you are sleeping we are in the countryside and there are countryside noises – consider bringing eye masks and ear plugs for sleeping ,as well as warm clothes and clothes you don’t mind smelling of wood smoke.

Hot water bottle, torches, head torches, although there are some here, can be a good idea if you’re camping.

There is  a group house with individual bedrooms available for these November and also the February dates that has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms,  6 beds, in total. So far that would work out about £100 each for 4 sharing or £81.60 for 5. Your interest and dietary requirements and whether or not you need a room in the farmhouse and are willing to share or if you would like to borrow a tent will be in the sign up form.

There is a half off full price labour swap option for help with cleaning up and organising of things. This will involve staying on to do the end clear up after the workshop so you would not finish until about 6.30pm on the Sunday.
