UK - Constellation Master Class; "What Wants to Happen Here?"

Following in the Spirit of “What wants to Happen here?” This two day Master Class is open to you, the Practitioner in your life and/or the life of others, to explore the “What Next” of your Systemic Constellation Practice. 

Bring your curiosity, your questions, your ideas, your frustrations and concerns – bring yourself to the group as you are in the moment right now, with life and your Systemic Practice, and over the weekend we will look at the Art of holding the space to allow the emergence of “What happens to Happen here”. 

Much of the Art of being a systemic practitioner, however you use it in your individual or group practice, is about developing yourself and your capacity to hold the space for the magic to happen. Facilitating what wants to emerge and reveal itself in as gentle way as possible.

In this workshop some of the things we might explore - 

• How badly do you NEED resolution in a constellation or situation to make it feel better for YOU rather than what might actually be right for the client and the question they bring?
• What is required of you to let go of some of your NEED, and how can you best prepare yourself for building your capacity for letting go?
• How well grounded are you with the ‘Organising Principles’?
• How can you best develop yourself as a practitioner to sit with your client or group and hold the space for the magic to happen? 

But be warned! This is a workshop about following and creating space for "What wants to Happen Here", so we might be doing something entirely different!

Please Note – The workshop is about serving the needs of the group. Depending on demand we may or may not get to cover all of the subject matter quoted above and we may substitute with other exercises. We will follow the ‘Field’ and stand in the ‘unknown’. Participation in this workshop is likely to involve some personal processing however, this is NOT a group therapy workshop and it is expected that participants manage their interpersonal relationships within the group appropriately.
