BREAKING PATTERNS – CHANGING BEHAVIOUR

Sometimes we have recurring patterns in our life, both personal and professional that nothing we do seems to change and we’re left wondering where yet again we are ‘going wrong?’ We feel that we ‘should’ be able to fix whatever it is that is our issue and yet the solution continues to evade us no matter what we try and do or how hard we ‘search’ for the answer.

AFTERNOON CONSTELLATION WORKSHOP SERIES

In this exciting new mini Constellation series we use small consise, yet powerful, constellations to explore our relationship with different topics. 

If your are new to Constellations and want to find out a little more of what this unique and powerful transformational practice is about, or if you want some insight into a particular topic that we are exploring then this is a great way to find out more. 

Each participants' Constellation starts with the same simple set up of 3 components;  

- A representative for the Question Holder, 

- A representative for the Topic

- A representative for 'what gets in the way', or the 'block'

As the Constellation unfolds we may or may not add further representatives to the Constellation.

Elaine then Constellates each session to within a tight time frame of 20mins (maximum 25 mins). Using this format allows Elaine to work with 6 inidividual Question Holders. 

If there are more than 6 participants in the workshop names will be put into a hat and drawn at random. 

Even if your name is not picked, being in the space and being a Representative can be just as powerful as being the direct Quetion Holder.

The Question/Issue Holder - the one who wishes to take a deeper look into their personal or organisational dilemma. There is often more than one Question Holder in each group and thus a Question Holder may also act as a Representative in another’s Constellation.

The Representatives or Resources - the ones who offer themselves in service of the Field of the Question Holder to represent people or elements within the Question Holders system. Taking part in other people’s constellations as a Representative is entirely optional and you are not obliged to accept the invitation when asked. It must be noted though that it is very common that someone else’s work can touch you as deeply as your own, and even just being a witness to another’s constellation can be a powerful experience…..
