An individual systemic coaching session can be a powerful tool to assist you during times of crisis, or when you are exploring ways of moving forward and feel stuck or lost for 'no good reason'. 

Family and organisational Constellations are a wonderful way to examine these challenges by looking at the issue through a systemic lens that includes, not only the immediate circumstances of your current environment but perhaps those of your ancestors, society, or country of origin that you may be unknowingly or unwittingly entangled in.

The aim of each session is to support and encourage the movements in you that are working towards expanding Your individual capacity for change. 

In face to face sessions I work similarly to the way I would in a Constellation workshop, except instead of using people for representatives I might use myself, objects, floor markers or paper to represent the elements involved. With feedback from there I may proceed to offer sentences or guidance that helps highlight or resolve the entanglement.

In each case the guidance is offered without prejudice, and merely seeks to relieve the pressure on the system to create some movement where previously there was none.
