"When you practice gratefulness there is a sense of respect towards others."

Help along the way

Acknowledgments

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.."

Albert Einstein

This work is all about acknowledging the rich ancestry and heritage that brings us to the place of being where we are today -

our Mother and Father, our grandparents, their parents and so on. It includes the acknowledgment of our teachers, those that we have learnt valuable lessons from and those who have helped us and touched our lives along the way.

The exercises and processes I use in my sessions and workshops are all my interpretations of things that I have learned and that have worked for me in my 20 years in the personal development field. These ‘things’ didn’t just happen on their own, their evolution was due to a whole raft of collaboration of people, timing and universal providence.

There are many who have crossed my path and I am eternally grateful for their input, presence and wisdom along my journey, including;

  • My parents, Meave Alice Harris (nee Swaffield) and Michael John Harris and all their ancestors before them

  • My teachers (see some links below for more specifics)

  • My students and clients - old and new

  •  A special thanks to Kim Atwater for the first mention of the word 'Reiki' - little did I know then how it would change my life!

  • and Annie Leather, who encouraged me to actually learn Reiki

I thank you all for your valued teachings, learning and sharing - I couldn’t have done any of this without you, and, for everyone, including anyone I may have inadvertently missed, I am eternally grateful for the gift of you in my life.
